In January 2012, police in Toronto, Canada were reporting that the price to buy an ecstasy tablet sold in nightclubs in Toronto was selling for $15. In 2010, the price for an ecstasy tablet in Toronto was reported to be $40.
The cost to make a single tablet is about 50 cents.
