Smuggled Cigarettes Seized in Malaysia in 2008

Cigarette smuggling seizures in Malaysia lead to the destroying of over $7 million (25 million Malaysian Ringgit) worth of smuggled cigarettes that was seized in 2008. The cigarette smuggling activity represented a loss to the government of close to $28 million (100 million Malaysian Ringgit).
