Sales of Cigarettes to Minors in the UK

Cigarette smuggling in the United Kingdom leads to 10 percent of the 47 billion cigarettes market to be sold illegally without the payment of taxes.

One in five adult smokers and one in three minors between the ages of 14 to 17 has admitted to buying cheap cigarettes on the black market in the United Kingdom.
