Spending by Provinces in Vietnam to Combat Sex Trade

In the first six months of 2011, anti-prostitution officers in Vietnam detected nearly 10,000 businesses committing acts of prostitution.

Across the country, provinces spend an average of $9,700 (200 Million Vietnamese Dong) a year on its anti-prostitution activities.
